Abang Abdillah Izzarim Bin Datuk Patinggi Abg Hj. Ab Rahman Zohari, began his professional journey as a qualified commercial pilot before venturing into the world of ICT. His initial business endeavour was with Aerotrain Charter, a company specialising in aviation cargo. Due to his innovative and creative approach to business, Izzarim was appointed as the Executive Director of Borneo Sea Offshore, a prominent player in the Oil and Gas sector.
Driven by his lifelong passion for technology, digital animation, software development, and PC games, Izzarim subsequentially founded and established an Animation PC games development business.
Having gained significant experience and exposure across diverse industries at a young age, Izzarim has honed his skills and managerial abilities in overseeing multiple companies across ASEAN countries and China. Renowned for his hands-on approach, he actively participates in day-to-day operations and ensures that his team meets the expectations of clients and business associates. Izzarim serves as the Chairman of irix, holding a major stake as one of the company's shareholders. His leadership and involvement contribute to irix's growth and success in the industry.
Sng Wei Kai, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture graduate, brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Executive Director of irix. Prior to joining the company in 2015, Sng successfully managed and operated his own Building & Construction business. Today, he is not only the Executive Director, but also a shareholder in irix.
Driven by his visionary mindset and passion for innovation, Sng diligently researches market trends within the regional telecommunications industry. To gain valuable insights and business intelligence, he actively participates in international courses, conventions, and conferences focused on Fiber Optic Submarine Cables and Data Centres. These efforts have culminated in irix's visionary objective to become an international telecommunications infrastructure provider, supporting the Digital Transformation Programme of the Region of Sarawak, and bringing benefits to its citizens, and in doing so, establishing Sarawak as an Alternative Regional Hub in Southeast Asia.
As the Executive Director, Sng takes an active role in overseeing irix's operations. He serves as an inspiration and leader, driving the company toward achieving its vision. Known for his attention to detail and unwavering dedication, Sng is committed to driving irix's success and ensuring its continued growth as a leading player in the telecommunications industry.
Liaw Soon Loo holds an Accounting Major and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia. With over 20 years of experience in international banking, he transitioned into the ICT business sector. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions in various companies, encompassing construction, property, and consultancy.
Notably, Liaw has played a major role in project management, including conducting feasibility studies and marketing projects to identify high net worth investors. His involvement has been instrumental in elevating irix's standing in the telecommunication industry, as he has cultivated a wide network of prospective investors.
With his extensive experience and strategic approach, Liaw's contributions have been key to propelling irix's growth and success. His ability to navigate the complexities of the industry and connect with influential investors has significantly impacted irix's position in the market.
