SENIOR NETWORK & INFRA ENGINEER
Based in: Kuching (Preferably) or Kuala Lumpur

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Diploma holder in Information Technology or Computer Science or IT related training.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of related experience in network / system / infrastructure implementation and maintenance.
  • Experience in design, configuration and implementation of routers, switches, optimize wireless and firewall.
  • Hands on experience in building and troubleshoot VPN in multi-vendor environment.
  • Experience in Windows or Linux operating system.
  • In-depth knowledge concepts of operating systems, process management, memory management, and file systems.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.
  • Hardworking and good analytical behaviours in problem solving.
  • Able to work extra time if required.
Core Competencies
  • Knowledge of dynamic routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP4 and EIGRP)
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, IP Routing, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP, BGP4, OSPF, SSL VPN, OoS, RSA Authentication, SNP, POS and PPP
  • Thorough understanding of LAN Switching (L2-L3) including VLANs, Private VLANs, Trunking
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Firewall Management
  • WAN Cache and compression Technology, Doman, DHCP and DNS Management
  • Enterprise Network Management Tools
  • Wireless – Wireless fundamentals, wireless security
  • Security Services such as access-control lists, Port Security, DHCP Snooping
  • Quality of Service Configuration
  • Routing and Interconnectivity with other carriers
  • Design and Optimization for IP Core Routers on WAN
  • Familiar with planning and deploying IP services, such as MPLS-VPN, MPLS-TE, multicast, and IPv6.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Based in: Kuching

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Possess excellent communication and written skills in English. Other language is a plus.
  • Able to manage the full spectrum of HR operational duties, ensure the work processes are effective and efficient and within the operating budget.
  • Review, advise and implement HR policies & procedures, manuals, guidelines and structure.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Able to propose suitable training programs or events for employee.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary matters and to ensure that appropriate disciplinary process is being adhered.
  • Take lead in recruiting process
  • Responsible in supervising, managing and be accountable of payroll administration, leave management and any other HR related matters.
  • Plan for periodic/annual appraisal exercise to evaluate staff performance and to provide regular feedback
  • Ensure data accuracy and processes are efficient and timely executed.
  • Manage to ensure all HR related files and confidential records are updated and well kept.
  • Assist in handling of compensation management, employee relations and office administration matters.
  • Any other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Able to handle stress in a good professional manner and tight deadlines

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Based in: Kuching

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Candidate without registered professional qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in accounting firm will be given priority.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess excellent communication and written skills in English. Other language is a plus.
  • Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel and SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Analyse financial data to ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and standards, as well as to find instances of accounting deficiencies and/or fraud.
  • Prepare reports related to audit activities.
  • Responsible for updating bank reconciliations.
  • Any other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.
